PRICES FOR RENT
OF FURNISHED APARTMENTS
The apartments are fully
furnished and self-contained. They have a fully equipped
kitchenette, and all (except for Oliver House) have a
separate bedroom, and a veranda or balcony with
beautiful view over the valley of River Rwizi.
Water (hot and
cold), gas for cooking, electricity, and garbage
collection are included in the prices. Beddings and
towels are provided. The place is guided by a set of
regulations which will help keep the place quiet, safe,
clean and neat. The place is safe and guarded during the
night by Fetso Security Team.

The last column shows the
number of persons the apartments can comfortably
accommodate. Prices are based on used by 2 persons. For
any extra person an additional 25% of the rent will be
charged. Reduced rates can be given for periods longer
than 3 months. Prices are in euros and are valid till
end of December 2007.
Cleaning, cooking and
laundry services can be provided, but are not included
in the price. |
